This work originates in the old story about the merciful Samarian (Luk 10:25-37). A man was attacked by robbers and is left half dead. A passing priest sees the man but chooses to simply pass him by, as does a Levit. Finally a Samarian, a people that the original audience (jews) hated more than others, helps the man. So. Who is really your neighbour?

This piece is a performance or a mix of several forms of expressions such as chambermusic, theatre and opera. The hope is to raise questions in many levels about the content and also the form. The work is presented in four languages at the same time: Swedish English, German and Latin, but it could just as easily be any other languages.

Premiere in Haga church, Gothenburg September 2015 with Vocal Quartet Vox and Saxophone Quartet RollinÕ Phones.
